CSC NCR Training Calendar

Registration Process:

Step 1: Choose the training course you are interested in at the CSC NCR Web page/Facebook page. Click the registration link of the corresponding training course.

Step 2: Completely fill out the registration form. Ensure that the information on the Registration Form such as names and other pertinent details are correct as it will be reflected in all course materials.

Step 3: Once registration is complete, you will automatically receive an email acknowledging your registration. Print the said email which shall serve as Order of Payment to be presented at the CSC NCR Cashier or at any CSC NCR Field Office.

Step 4: Pay the corresponding registration fee. An Official Receipt shall be issued by the CSC NCR Cashier/ CSC NCR Field Office. For LDDAP-ADA payment, kindly deposit to the following account and present the LDDAP-ADA Form duly received by Land Bank of the Philippines to CSC NCR for the issuance of Official Receipt:

Step 5: Send a copy of the Official Receipt through telefax at 781-1156 or via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Training slots shall be confirmed via email only upon accomplishment of the ONLINE Registration Form and submission of the Official Receipt issued by CSC NCR.

Step 6: Information about training venue shall be sent to the participants through text and email at least one (1) week before the conduct of the training.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Slots are on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED basis. Courses will be closed for registration as soon as the slots have been filled.
  2. Online Registration is required before payment of the registration fee.
  3. Names and other pertinent details reflected on the Registration Form will be reflected in all course materials.
  4. Training Fee for Inter-Agency Course is inclusive of training materials, meals (AM snack, lunch, PM snack), training certificate, and other incidental expenses.
  5. Training slots shall only be confirmed upon accomplishment of the ONLINE Registration Form and submission of the Official Receipt issued by CSC NCR. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. at least two weeks prior to the date of conduct of training.
  6. Cancellation Policy: A written Request for Cancellation shall be submitted to CSC NCR - Human Resource Division (CSC NCR - HRD) at least two weeks prior to the date of conduct, otherwise Registration Fee shall be forfeited.
  7. Substitution of candidate(s)/participant for the same course is allowed provided that a written Request for Substitution shall be submitted to CSC NCR – HRD at least 1 week prior to the conduct of training.

Course Title : Leave Administration Course for Effectiveness (LACE)

Course Description: This course aims to capacitate government officials and employees on proper administration of leave benefits as well as enhance and develop accurate computation skills on the matter.

Target Participants: The course would benefit any official or employee in the government who would like to update their knowledge on how leave benefits are administered.

Learning Objectives: Specifically, by the end of this course, participants shall be able to:

• Appreciate and explain the laws on leave privileges
• Compute with accuracy leave with pay and without pay, tardiness, absences, undertime, monetization of leave credit, maternity leave, refund of study and terminal leave.

Course Title : Public Service Ethics and Accountability Seminar (PSEA)

Course Description: This course aims to imbibe in all government officials and employees the ideal attitudes and traits that promote ethical and accountable service to the public. It is also designed to develop a revitalized public service work culture that encourages responsive, participative efficient and effective services as well as formulate plans and strategies that will prevent and detect corruption.

Target Participants: Officials and Employees in the Government

Learning Objectives: The course is designed to equip the participants with the different methods to: 

• Promote Ethical and Accountable service to the public;
• Empower participants to work with their staff and the public and to make public service work culture more friendly, participative, efficient and effective; and
• Formulate an action plan to prevent, detect and correct corruption.

Course Title : Supervisory Development Course (SDC) Track 1

Course Description : This course serves as an enabling tool towards understanding one’s self and career, handling responsibilities, becoming better leaders, and learning essential communication process.

Target Participants : First-line supervisors (salary grade 18 and above)

Learning Objectives : By the end of this course, the participants shall be able to: 

• Re-examine attitudes towards self and their career;
• Differentiate supervisor’s responsibilities and that on non-management staff;
• Discuss how supervisors can become leaders and make a difference; and
• Discuss the essence of communication process and its importance to organizational effectiveness.

Course Outline : Consists of three modules, the SDC-Track 1 can be run as a complete package or conducted in a ladderized basis to fit the implementing agency’s overall human resource development program. An expert Trainer — Facilitator will engage the participants on the following topics and activities:

Course Description : This course serves as a guide in assessing one’s organization’s readiness for change and empowerment, developing and enhancing one’s skills in making effective presentation, and imparting basic skills on planning and leading a meeting. In essence, this course aims to enhance the quality of first line supervisors.

Target Participants : First-line supervisors (salary grade 18 and above) who have previously attended SDC Track I

Learning Objectives : By the end of this course, the participants shall be able to to:

• Assess their organization’s readiness for empowerment;
• Make effective presentations; and
• Explain the value of effective meetings and how to plan and lead productive meetings

Course Outline : Consists of three modules, the SDC-Track 1 can be run as a complete package or conducted in a ladderized basis to fit the implementing agency’s overall human resource development program.
